Thermal processing

Our trays are used in processes aimed at further thermal processing of the product in the temperature range of -30oC to 220oC. They can be used for freezing products, thermal processing in microwaves and in all types of ovens at temperatures up to 220oC for up to 20 minutes. They can also be used as individual or bulk packaging in other industries.

 

Purpose

All of our products will find application in many branches of the food industry, cosmetic and decorative industries.

The trays can be used as unit packaging, bulk packaging or mold for further processing, thermal processing in the following industries:

Pastry, bakery
we recommend round trays (A,B,AA,AP), square trays (C), rectangular trays (D), baskets (H), oval trays (O), ORIGAM'S paper trays, cases (ED) and triangular trays (T) for tasting, individual servings, cocktails, sorbets, baking cakes, hot desserts, cupcakes, baked goods, snacks, cookies, hard jellies, pralines, individual or bulk packaging for cakes, baked goods and more.
Meat processing
we recommend round trays (A,B,AA), square trays (C), rectangular trays (D), baskets (H), oval trays (O), ORIGAM'S paper trays and triangular trays (T) for tasting, individual portions, baking snacks, pasties, and as packaging for cold cuts, sausages and other delicatessen products.
Dairy
we recommend round trays (A,B,AA), square trays (C), rectangular trays (D), baskets (H), oval trays (O), ORIGAM'S paper trays and triangular trays (T) for tasting, storage of ice cream, molded cheese, hard cheese, as well as other delicatessen products and as individual or bulk packaging.
Fruit and vegetable
we recommend round trays (A,B,AA), square trays (C), rectangular trays (D), baskets (H), oval trays (O), and triangular trays (T) as eco-friendly packaging unit or bulk packaging for fresh fruits and vegetables as an alternative to the plastic packaging used today, or for heating and baking prepared vegetable dishes.
Catering, delicatessen, service, production of ready meals
we recommend round trays (A,B,AA), square (C), rectangular (D), baskets (H), oval trays (O), ORIGAM'S paper trays and triangular trays (T) for tasting, individual portions, as individual or bulk packaging and mold for further thermal processing.
Cosmetics
we recommend round trays (A,B,AA), square trays (C), rectangular trays (D), low baskets (H), oval trays (O), and triangular trays (T) as individual packaging such as for soaps or bulk cases (ED) for a set of cosmetics.
Alcohol industry
tubes (E) as standalone packaging for 1 or 2 bottles, and cases (ED) for a set of spirits.

We can customize all our trays, cases and tubes according to the customer's needs, personalize them by burning a company logo and/or product name into the wood.

"Type ED" - wooden case:

Entirely made of wooden plywood, full or with so-called “window”, with handle or closure made of leather thong.

→ Sizes:

in fixed offer sizes from ⌀70 to ⌀85mm, length from 270mm to 335 mm, or oval ⌀75-120mm length from 250mm to 335mm.

All solid food products such as hard jellies, pralines, cakes, as well as industry

cosmetics, decoration, alcohol, and as packaging for writing instruments, paints, sewing supplies, etc.

"Type E" - wooden tube:

Made entirely of wooden plywood, full or with so-called “window”, with glued bottom and closure.

→ Sizes:

In regular offer sizes from ⌀45 to ⌀210mm, height from 125mm to 400 mm, or oval ⌀55-88mm

and height 100mm, and ⌀100-190mm and height 305mm.
